There was common agreement that it was actually a productive change in terms of environmental assessment, because that's where the expertise lay. There was no hesitation on the part of CEAA to say that was actually a positive move.

From this point forward we're going to move on and hopefully wrap up this study that we started last fall, as a matter of fact. We've had some interruptions, but we're moving this along.
