If we are bringing them back, there may be really specific things that we may not get from anyone else. In the recommendations they send us in writing, I'd like to ask them to consider the concrete mechanisms we need for training that's done by the trades; training and upgrading; the bridging that's necessary for older workers, which includes pensions; the community investment; the relocation services; what plans we have in place to help those who are fly-in, fly-out; and the contract workers who may not be covered by labour but who may be very affected. Those workers could easily fall through the cracks.
If they have any recommendations that we could bring forward to government to say what has to be part of the plan, that would be very helpful to us.
