Natural Resources committee  The only thing I would add, as Jean-Claude said, is that the recommendations that come forward from the panels and are processed by the agency and put before the government can include anything that falls within the scope of the panel, including, potentially, air emissions. The government ultimately makes a response to the panel recommendation.
