I also chair the Quebecor board of directors. So I think this is an extremely important issue, and I hope you will move forward in that area.

Industry committee  Mr. Morin will probably be able to add something to my comments. Yes, we think that a digital policy would be key for sending a message. The main issue is network accessibility. We have to ensuring accessibility to those networks by making information technologies sufficiently affordable.
