Citizenship and Immigration committee  That's all right. Well, I wanted to say, again, that we have some idea of what the impact of these cuts means to our people. But even when we're shutting down, we have hope. We have hope that perhaps this decision might even be reversed. Maybe that's a faint hope, because it doesn't seem to make any sense at all.

I really want to thank Guelph's Liberal MP Frank Valeriote for putting my name forward to this committee. I have a prepared submission, but I'd like to speak more spontaneously, because I think I do that better.
