Information & Ethics committee  Right, and that's the key, to lay down some crystal-clear rules around how to remove those identifiers, and do so in a way that anticipates the worst possible results in those scenarios. I think part of the reason this crept up on us is that Canadian federalism has its great points and it has some weak points.

Those rules were meant to protect the public but also to provide a competitive and predictable environment to attract technology firms to Ontario.
