Justice committee  A social problem calls for social solutions. An all-out effort is needed. Our centres do a lot of prevention and education around equality to reduce discrepancies like the one you mentioned. Those discrepancies become established quickly and exist in numerous fields. Education around sexuality certainly comes into play.
