Agriculture committee  I think there are several elements to that. Let me drill in on the first one that you mentioned, the need for a competitive economic and regulatory environment. This is not a primary resource part of our economy; this is the manufacturing part of our economy. We move large amounts of grains and oilseeds across our country and around the world with great efficiency, so where the plants will be and where that grain will be processed will be determined by these other factors.

Agriculture committee  I think if this or any government were to decide to provide the level of support to primary agricultural production that exists in Europe or the United States, it would be a benefit to our industry; there's no question. But I don't foresee $5 billion, $6 billion, $7 billion a year of additional money being spent in the sector to do that.
