Indigenous and Northern Affairs committee  I don't believe there is a standard practice, but I believe that Minister Valcourt, when he was addressing the standing committee a couple of weeks ago, did make a commitment that we would work with first nations partners in the development of regulations. I believe he also specifically referenced work that would be undertaken with the Atlantic Policy Congress and other first nations partners across the country that would be willing to work on regulatory development.
