Basically, we're providing for greater certainty and predictability. In this case, it is really a market access change where we're seeing liberalization take effect, so it is definitely an area that we see as being conducive to facilitating work in goods exports, investment, services, government procurement and other areas.

You're looking at a range of professional services, such as engineering or architectural services. The area of environmental services is certainly one where you have Canadian expertise and potential in the Ukrainian market.
