Public Accounts committee  I don't have the details in terms of whether it was sole-sourced or open-sourced, but we did work with Public Services and Procurement Canada. We went through all the appropriate processes to put that contract in place. As soon as I have it, I will give you that information if it was sole-sourced or done by a competitive process.
